Yield: 1 glass
Ingredients:
½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon iodized salt
1 cup filtered water
Preparation:
1. Mix sugar and salt in a cup of water. Stir until melted.
2. Put pineapple chunks in sugar and salt water. Soak for 10 minutes.
3. Pour pineapple and water in a juicer and run juicer on high speed for
30 seconds.
4. Pour juice into a glass and drink fresh.
