Ingredients :
1/4 cup red wine or
balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup carrots, grated
1 bell pepper
1 medium zucchini
1 small red onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Slice all vegetables thinly. Toss with
